1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Fox Valley Concrete Business Owner Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Portal is operated by Arcate Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
The Portal allows business owners to claim and manage their listing on foxvalleyconcrete.com, select a subscription plan, and access tools to enhance their directory presence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be authorized to represent the business you are claiming.
4. Claim Verification
All business claims are subject to manual verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject any claim at our sole discretion. Payment for a paid plan does not guarantee claim approval. Submitting fraudulent claims may result in account termination without refund.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed at the rate displayed at the time of purchase, either monthly or annually. Payment is processed immediately upon submission. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at our discretion. If your claim is rejected during verification and you have not violated these terms, you may request a refund within 7 days. No refunds are issued for voluntary cancellations or account terminations due to terms violations.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Claim a business you are not authorized to represent
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to manipulate directory rankings or reviews
- Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the Portal
8. Content & Listings
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or modify any listing content at our discretion. Business information displayed on the directory is sourced from public records and may be supplemented by owner-provided data.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
